George Sanders litigation practice includes a broad range of complex commercial matters involving antitrust, trade secrets, consumer fraud, civil RICO, securities fraud, and insurance coverage. He has extensive litigation experience on antitrust and trade secret cases. With respect to antitrust matters, Mr. Sanders has extensive experience handling antitrust litigation and counseling clients on a broad range of antitrust issues. Mr. Sanders has represented plaintiffs and defendants in antitrust lawsuits and has defended clients subject to civil and criminal antitrust investigations brought by the Department of Justice. He has also counseled clients on numerous antitrust topics, including, for example, issues raised by joint ventures by competitors, B2B exchanges and health care issues. Mr. Sanders has acted as antitrust counsel for both individual companies and trade associations.
