In addition, she has counseled management regarding record retention obligations and corporate compliance. Nicole has significant experience with e-discovery matters and supervised more than 40 contract attorneys and 15 Jones Day Associates in a complex document review that lasted more than a year. Nicole also achieved a successful settlement for a client in a pro bono matter with the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program.
