Nicole Perry's practice is concentrated on commercial civil litigation in state and federal courts, with a focus on intellectual property and oil & gas matters. Nicole has represented corporate clients throughout the United States in trade secret lawsuits, copyright lawsuits, Fair Credit Reporting Act disputes, breach of contract claims, and government investigations. In addition, she has counseled management regarding record retention obligations and corporate compliance. Nicole has significant experience with e-discovery matters and supervised more than 40 contract attorneys and 15 Jones Day Associates in a complex document review that lasted more than a year. Nicole also achieved a successful settlement for a client in a pro bono matter with the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program.
