Vittorio Scognamiglio regularly advises and assists clients in litigation and arbitration matters in connection with securities, financial, banking, and corporate law. Vittorio leads the litigation and arbitration practice in the Milan Office, and he also has significant experience in bankruptcy proceedings and litigation insolvency matters. In addition, he is regularly involved in nonlitigation matters relating to corporate, banking, finance, and business restructuring.

Before joining Jones Day, Vittorio was an associate with Studio Legale Pedersoli Lombardi e Associati and a junior partner with Studio Legale Lombardi Molinari e Associati (2002-2006). He also worked at an Italian investment bank in Milan (2001-2002) and was an associate with Studio Legale Danovi and Studio Legale Donzelli, both in Milan.
