Bradford K. Goodwin has been a trial lawyer in New Mexico for 20 years.  Mr. Goodwin opened his Rio Rancho office in 2006.  He also has an office in downtown Albuquerque.  The firm handles auto accident, personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits.

Auto accident and personal injury cases. Mr. Goodwin has handled over 1,000 auto accident and personal injury cases. Because of his extensive experience, Mr. Goodwin handles many types of accident and injury cases including complex, serious injury and death cases.

Wrongful death lawsuits. A wrongful death case occurs when a person is killed due to the negligence or fault of another person. These cases usually come from car, truck or motorcycle accidents, hospital negligence, use of excessive force by police officers, and defective products. Mr. Goodwin has extensive experience handling wrongful death cases.
