Practice

Ms. Geraci's practice focuses on criminal litigation and investigations; intellectual property litigation; and securities litigation and enforcement.

Ms. Geraci has extensive experience defending federal and state securities claims against entities and individuals, and derivative and other claims against corporations and their officers and directors, both foreign and domestic. Her practice includes representations in internal corporate investigations, government investigations, including inquiries arising under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and criminal litigation at both the trial and appellate level. She also has substantial experience representing investment banks, broker-dealers and other securities industry participants, investment advisory and mutual fund companies.

Ms. Geraci's wide-ranging practice includes considerable experience litigating complex civil cases, with a focus on commercial contract disputes, as well as trying intellectual property cases in federal district courts and before the US International Trade Commission.

Ms. Geraci has counseled clients pro bono with Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, and has worked with the Mohegan Tribal Environmental Protection Department in its efforts to develop a comprehensive policy to reduce pollution and increase energy efficiency.

Ms. Geraci is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State and City Bar Associations, the New York Women's Bar Association, and the New York County Lawyers' Association.
