While in law school Mr. Herman was a member of the Cleveland-Marshall Mock Trial Team. In two years as an attorney advocate, David compiled an undefeated trial record against national competition and won two tournaments. He also co-authored an article titled "Hot Topics: Current Trends In Litigating Police Brutality Cases" that was published by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America in its Civil Rights Section magazine. His practice at the firm focuses on all aspects of personal injury litigation.
