Yizhe Zhang specializes in antitrust and competition law. She frequently assists clients on Chinese and U.S. antitrust merger review matters. After receiving her master's degree in the United States in 2006, she worked in Jones Day's Washington, D.C. for one year.

Before joining the Firm, Yizhe worked for China's Antimonopoly Office at the Ministry of Commerce and was heavily involved in the drafting of the PRC Antimonopoly Law and other regulations for foreign mergers and acquisitions.
