Yizhe Zhang's practice focuses on antitrust and competition law. She frequently assists clients on Chinese and U.S. antitrust merger review matters.

Before joining the Firm, Yizhe worked for China's Antimonopoly Office at the Ministry of Commerce and was heavily involved in the drafting of the PRC Antimonopoly Law and other regulations for foreign mergers and acquisitions.

After receiving her LLM, Yizhe worked in Jones Day's Washington antitrust practice before returning to Beijing.
