Lawyer Overview

Arielle Messawer is involved in many aspects of real estate law, and her practice is concentrated in acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets, real estate portfolios, and property companies. She also has developed a very strong practice in commercial leases, acting for landlords and tenants in the commercial and office sector.

Arielle represents international investors and international real estate funds such as UBS KAG Funds, Corpus Sireo, Bank of Ireland, Irish Life, and Aviva Investors with real estate investments and the lettings of such property investments.

She is also active in real estate development projects for French developers such as Sodearif and Constructa.
