Lawyer Overview

Scott's practice is concentrated in the areas of EC competition law, EC and Belgian telecommunications matters, and general litigation. Prior to joining Jones Day in 2004, Scott practiced with premier Belgian law firm Eubelius in Brussels, where he worked primarily on corporate/commercial law and competition law matters. He has coauthored several articles on corporate law issues. Scott was also seconded to British Telecommunications in London for several months in early 2005.

Scott is a member of the Brussels Bar and is fluent in French and English and has a good working knowledge of Dutch.
