Quentin Leroux is experienced in matters involving acquisition and disposal of real estate assets, real estate portfolios and property companies, as well as in construction and developments and real estate financing. In addition, he has strong experience in commercial leases.

Quentin mainly represents real estate international funds such as Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds, Apollo Real Estate Advisors, UBS Real Estate Funds, and French REITS. He also is active in forming joint ventures in the real estate sector such as those managed by LaSalle International Investments.

Prior to joining Jones Day in September 2004, Quentin was an associate in the real estate group of a British law firm's Paris office (2003-2004). He also worked at a well-established French law firm (2001-2002) where he advised international investors on their asset and corporate transactions in France.
