Anne Kerneur advises emerging companies and their financial investors in the areas of corporate law and capital markets, especially those companies that are operating in the new technologies and biotech markets.

Anne works on the various development stages of emerging companies, whether listed or not, during financing rounds and private placements, IPOs and the restructuring of shareholding, and on public offerings. She also assists companies with every day business operations and during external growth transactions that arise from acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures.
