Hirokazu's representations include two series of sale and leaseback transactions and approximately ¥67.8 billion of back financing for a non-bank financial institution, setting up of a ¥35 billion real estate acquisition loan facility for a foreign commercial bank, the €419 million acquisition and development of the land owned by foreign country's embassy in Tokyo for a Japanese real estate company, and the disposition of a ¥40 billion loan portfolio for a foreign investment bank.

Hirokazu wrote about Japanese securitization in the book Global Securitisation and Structured Finance, published by Globe White Page, and co-wrote "Key Considerations for Cross-Border REITs" in Japan Real Estate Investment Trusts: Outlook and Opportunity, published by Euromoney.
