Nicole Massey has represented Firm clients in all stages of trial and appellate litigation, from a case's initial pleadings to merits briefing before the United States Supreme Court. She practices regularly in both federal and state courts, litigating a wide variety of cases including health care fraud, criminal law, the False Claims Act, wrongful death claims, products liability claims, jurisdictional disputes, contract disputes, and copyright disputes. She has successfully briefed appeals in numerous state and federal appellate courts and has successfully argued cases in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits. Nicole's practice focuses on merits briefing at the trial and appellate levels.

Nicole is an active member of The Chicago Bar Association's Judicial Evaluation Committee.
