Dani Gleason's practice focuses on employment litigation and counseling. Her practice encompasses state and federal matters such as the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and wrongful termination claims. In addition, she has assisted in the drafting of speeches and presentations relating to employment law.

Dani is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the Houston Bar Association. As a member of the Houston Bar Association, she participates in the Lawyers in Public Schools Program and the Minority Opportunities in the Legal Profession Committee.

Before attending law school, Dani taught in the Houston Independent School District through Teach for America.
