Lawyer Overview

Kris's work focuses on antitrust matters for a variety of clients, including those in the health care, retail, technology, telecommunications, and energy industries. Her practice includes mergers, acquisitions, government investigations by federal and state agencies, and antitrust compliance counseling.  The primary focus of her practice is merger review before the Department of Justice Antitrust Division and Federal Trade Commission.  She also counsels clients on a broad range of issues, including distribution, pricing, contracting, and competitor communications-related issues.

Kris also has an active pro bono practice that focuses on representing clients on referral from the Children's Law Center in the adoption of children adjudicated neglected in the District of Columbia, and which also includes providing free legal counseling to residents of the District of Columbia through clinics such as the DC Bar Advice and Referral and Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless.

Kris is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the District of Columbia Bar, and the American Bar Association (Antitrust Section).
