Lawyer Overview

Wednesday Forest represents management in all employment-related matters, including discrimination suits, wage/hour collective actions, and labor actions. Wednesday has represented clients before the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, in both state and federal court and in arbitration proceedings. In addition, Wednesday counsels clients on day-to-day labor and human resource problems, plant closings, reductions in force, and successorship issues related to acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations. Wednesday also has substantial experience in general litigation, specifically with the representation of automobile manufacturers in franchise litigation between the manufacturers and their dealers.

Wednesday's representative clients include Nationwide, General Motors, The Riverside Company, Bridgestone/Firestone, Service Corporation International, and Verizon.

Wednesday is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, the National Bar Association, and the John Mercer Langston Bar Association.
