Andrew Farwig practices in the areas of general corporate and securities law and corporate finance. He assists companies in complying with their periodic reporting obligations with the SEC, including the SEC's executive compensation disclosure requirements, and advises clients with securities law issues and corporate governance matters. Andrew has represented clients in many industries, including mining, engineering and construction, telecommunications, institutional and industrial cleaning and sanitation, and energy production and distribution. In addition, he advises issuers and underwriters on debt and equity security offerings. His experience also includes a wide range of corporate transactions for emerging growth and mature companies. Andrew recently worked on transactions involving Exide Technologies, Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan, USG Corporation, and Xcel Energy.
