Lawyer Overview

Mariette Farag represents and counsels private employers in labor and employment matters. She has experience representing employers in a variety of matters including wrongful termination, employment discrimination disputes, breach of contract, as well as issues arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, and state laws. Mariette's litigation experience ranges from single plaintiff employment cases to large class actions. She also has experience handling charges before the National Labor Relations Board and assisting with the arbitration of union grievances.
