Richard's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and private equity. He has been involved in a wide variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of private and publicly listed companies and unit trusts, joint ventures, equity syndications, AIM and Official List IPOs, and secondary financings. He also advises on general corporate law.
