Lawyer Overview

Matt practices in commercial litigation, primarily insurance coverage and products liability actions. He has experience in all phases of litigation, including discovery, dispositive motions, trials, and appeals.

Matt also focuses on electronic discovery, serving on the Firm’s e-Discovery Committee. He recently assisted in annotating the revised Sedona Principles. As part of his involvement with e-discovery, Matt works with clients on their records retention policies.

Matt manages the Pittsburgh Office's pro bono protection from abuse program, coordinating representation for low-income clients in the Pittsburgh area in need of protection. He is presently working with other members of the Pittsburgh Office to establish Pennsylvania Lawyers for Literacy, a program designed to support reading programs throughout the state.

He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
