His civil litigation experience includes securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits, consumer class actions, contract disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, and bankruptcy adversary proceedings. Matt has represented clients such as Cardinal Health, Macy's, American Electric Power Company, Dell, Stride Rite Corporation, Movietickets.com, and National Century Financial Enterprises.
