Lawyer Overview

Alfred's practice focuses primarily on advising clients in outsourcing, technology, and intellectual property centric transactions, including information technology outsourcing, business process outsourcing, information technology and trademark licensing, technology maintenance and services, technology development and customization, strategic alliances, electronic commerce, ASP agreements, and distribution and reseller arrangements. He also has experience assisting clients in the resolution of disputes arising from outsourcing relationships. In addition, Alfred counsels clients on matters involving intellectual property issues that arise in the context of general corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Alfred was a software application developer with an information technology consulting firm.
