Anna practices in the areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. She also provides advice on general corporate law and has experience in domestic and cross-border transactions, acting for a wide range of clients. She has been involved in a variety of corporate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, investments by private equity houses, IPOs, real estate fund work, and initial and subsequent rounds of financing for start-up companies.

Anna has recently advised:

• Morgan Stanley Real Estate Special Situations Fund III, LP on its investment in Adama Holding Public Limited as part of a third-round private equity fund-raising by Adama of €110 million; Adama is a Cypriot-based company, which develops residential and office properties in Eastern Europe

• Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund VI on its investment of up to £14.9 million in Ask Investments Limited and establishment of a joint venture with Ask Investments Limited to invest in either development or investment properties in the United Kingdom

• Irish Life Assurance plc on its admission to an English limited partnership, which owns the property known as Tour Esplanade in Paris

• Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. on its €267 million bridge equity participation in Lumiere Holdings LP

• Sovereign Capital Limited on its disposal of the SENAD Group for £130 million

• PMM Partners LLP on the establishment of the Phoenix Spree Property Fund

• Hansteen Holdings PLC on its admission to trading on AIM

• Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds on its acquisition of Executive Offices Group from Soros Real Estate Investors and founder Peter Kershaw and

• Ashtenne Holdings PLC on the recommended offer by Warner Estate Holdings Plc.
