Ben specialises in commercial and property litigation and has experience working on a number of high-profile public and private law disputes in the High Court and the county courts, including cross-border and foreign proceedings.

Ben has advised clients on alternative dispute resolution and has experience in mediation and arbitration.

Ben is part of the Firm's product liability team and has advised on product recall situations and on the interpretation of U.K. and EU product liability law and environmental compliance law, with a special emphasis on the electronics and waste sectors.

Ben has been a member of the Waterloo Legal Advice Service since 2005, the year he joined the Firm. Ben's commitment to pro bono work was recently recognised by the Law Society of England and Wales when he was shortlisted by the society for the 2007 young lawyer pro bono awards.
