Lawyer Overview

Wendy's practice entails all aspects of trademark prosecution and enforcement, with a focus on managing domestic and international trademark portfolios from inception to registration and representing clients in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She protects and enforces clients' trademark rights in a variety of industries, including liquor, technology, pharmaceutical, banking, and consumer goods. Wendy also advises clients on the acquisition, use, and defense of Internet domain names through registration, enforcement, and Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy litigation. Additionally, she performs intellectual property due diligence reviews for multimillion dollar merger, licensing, and acquisition deals.
