Lawyer Overview

Aurélie Besloin specializes in the French and international tax and restructuring aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions (mergers & acquisitions). She also advises national and international companies and investors on general tax matters (corporate income tax and tax planning for French and foreign individuals), and she assists taxpayers in tax audits as well as litigation with tax administrations. She has substantial knowledge of issues raised by the compensation of employees working for multinational groups, and her practice includes working with foreign companies to implement foreign employee incentives plans in France (stock options, restricted stock units, etc.).

Before joining Jones Day, Aurélie was an associate in the tax department of a British law firm in Paris.
