Lawyer Overview

Mercedes Abad joined Jones Day in 2006. Since 2001 she has provided legal advice to domestic and multinational clients participating in the design and execution of transactions. Her practice is focused on corporate law, cross-border transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally she has participated in private equity operations and in the preparation of takeover bids.
