Lawyer Overview

Dana Boehm's practice focuses on commercial litigation matters, including business tort and breach of contract actions, intellectual property disputes, and other general commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Hogan & Hartson, Dana worked as a summer associate at the firm. While in law school, she served as a legal intern for the Criminal Section of the Civil Rights Division at the U.S. Department of Justice. She was also a member of the Board of Student Advisers at Harvard Law School and a managing technical editor for the Harvard Women's Law Journal.

Before attending law school, Dana served as a legislative correspondent for U.S. Senator Robert F. Bennett's Office in Washington, D.C.
