Sarah Almy works on a broad range of matters, including insurance coverage litigation and antitrust issues.

While in law school, Sarah worked with the Virginia Capital Representation Resource Center on the representation of death row inmates at various stages of the appeals process. She also was a member of the editorial board of the Virginia Law Review.

Prior to joining Hogan & Hartson, Sarah served as a judicial clerk to The Honorable J. Frederick Motz of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Sarah was a summer associate with the firm in 2002, and was a summer associate in the San Francisco office of another major law firm in 2001. Before attending law school, Sarah worked in sales and marketing for a San Francisco-based wine importer.
