Mr. York has extensive litigation experience in both state and federal courts having tried in excess of one hundred cases in his sixteen plus years of practice. Having served as a state prosecutor in both Alabama and Georgia, a civil litigator and as the chief Federal Law enforcement officer for the Southern District of Alabama in his role as United States Attorney for the Southern District of Alabama, Mr. York has a wealth of experience in delivering a variety of legal services to clients across the country.
