Lawyer Overview
"A short-term victory is not good enough. I strive to build solid and lasting results. I have found that through aggressive, result-oriented strategies, focused on the client's goals, it is possible to excel in the courtroom and through negotiation." - Michael D. Wysocki
Michael D. Wysocki is an experienced family law litigator. He has gained a wealth of experience handling matters that cover the full spectrum of family law. Mr. Wysocki has received three favorable jury verdicts, each unanimous, while litigating countless bench trials as well as an international child abduction matter. His successes won him selection as a Texas Rising Star featured in Texas Monthly Magazine in 2010. He has a Client Review Rating of Preeminent in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, a designation based strictly on the reviews of former clients.
Mr. Wysocki believes that a family law attorney must possess the skills of a counselor, mentor, negotiator, and litigator. He knows that no two families, children or cases are alike and he finds unique and creative ways to solve the current problems while preventing future issues.
