Law Firm Overview

Jeffrey J. Bordulis was born in Redbank, New Jersey and was relocated with his family to West Palm Beach, Florida. After high school, he attended Palm Beach Atlantic College, earning his B.S. Degree in Business Administration.

Upon graduation, Mr. Bordulis relocated to Orlando, Florida. Mr. Bordulis was hired by the Orlando Police Department to attend the police academy that he completed at the Central Florida Criminal Justice Institute. Mr. Bordulis served in the Patrol Division, serving the Orlando community. While a police officer, Mr. Bordulis received commendations, awards and citations for his outstanding work and dedication. Mr. Bordulis also had the opportunity to be at the scene of and to investigate hundreds of serious auto accidents involving great bodily injury.
 
Mr. Bordulis left the police department to attend the University of Louisville School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. At law school, he was active in performing pro bono legal work, donating his time to the Jefferson County Attorney's Office and as a Judicial Intern.

Thereafter, Mr. Bordulis began working as an insurance defense attorney, focusing primarily on the defense of workers' compensation claims. This experience gave him unique insight into the inner workings of the insurance industry. In 2000, Mr. Bordulis changed his focus from the defense of insurance companies to representing the injured.

Currently, Mr. Bordulis represents plaintiffs in personal injury and workers' compensation matters. He has handled cases ranging from chemical toxic exposure to death claims. Some of the types of injuries are amputations, disc herniations, spinal fusions, knee replacements, severe burns, hernia, and rotator cuff repair. Mr. Bordulis handles a wide variety of insurance related matters including personal injury, auto accidents, slip and falls, defective products, and property damage claims.

Mr. Bordulis has represented plaintiffs against some of the largest companies and employers in Central Florida including: Walt Disney World, United Parcel Service, AT&T, Lockheed Martin, Florida Hospital, Home Depot, T.G. Lee, Darden Restaurants, Lowes Hotels, Winn Dixie, the City of Orlando, and the State of Florida. Mr. Bordulis has handled insurance matters against some of the largest insurers including: Geico, Progressive, Nationwide, Prudential, Allstate and State Farm.

Mr. Bordulis is married with three children and is an active member of his community. He currently serves as an elected ruling elder of Willow Creek Presbyterian Church. Mr. Bordulis has also served for three years as a Board Member of the Oviedo Center for Health and Wellness YMCA. Mr. Bordulis is a past member of Florida Workers' Advocates and Voile Inns of Court. Mr. Bordulis is currently a member of the Workers' Compensation and Trial Lawyers sections of the Florida Bar.
