Elliot Kaiman is an associate in Wiggin and Dana's New Haven office. He joined the firm in 2006.

Elliot's practices include real estate, construction, property taxation, and energy and utilities law. In his real estate practice Elliot assists clients in a broad range of transactions including acquisitions and sales, leasing and development. In the course of his construction law practice, he represents project owners and developers, design professionals, and contractors in connection with commercial and high-end residential construction projects. Elliot has significant experience resolving property tax disputes with local assessors and boards of assessment appeals.

Elliot received his J.D. summa cum laude from Western New England College School of Law where he was a Notes Editor of the Western New England Law Review. He graduated with a B.A. summa cum laude in Social Science, History and Philosophy from Lyndon State College. Elliot served as a helicopter and flight equipment maintenance technician in the United States Marine Corps from 1997-2002.
