Matthew Moeser first worked at Murphy Desmond from 1997 to 1999 as a law clerk while attending law school at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.  Before rejoining Murphy Desmond in 2006 as an associate, Mr. Moeser was an Assistant District Attorney in Dane County, Wisconsin, from 1999 to 2006.  During that time he represented the people of Dane County and the State of Wisconsin in numerous criminal and traffic cases ranging from simple speeding tickets up to and including several homicide cases.  Mr. Moeser has substantial criminal trial and appellate experience.  He currently practices in all areas of litigation.
