Richard Dubin represents real estate owners, developers, entrepreneurs and middle-market companies in a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transactions. Some of the areas in which he concentrates include acquisition and disposition; commercial and residential land development; condominium conversions; drafting, negotiating and implementing retail, office and industrial leases; landlord representation; and the purchase and sale of residential property. He also represents banks, savings and loan associations and other lending institutions in the drafting, negotiation and implementation of acquisition, construction and permanent financing for all types of real estate transactions.

Additionally, Mr. Dubin has related experience in general business matters including the creation of legal entities; drafting and negotiating various business agreements, including shareholder agreements, operating agreements, partnership agreements and agreements of purchase and sale of assets of, and interests in, legal entities; drafting articles and by-laws; and keeping corporate records and minutes.
