I have represented businesses and individuals in commercial and personal injury matters for over a decade. I have effectively counseled clients on how to settle litigation when it best suited them, but I have also vigorously litigated on their behalf when necessary. Through excellent training and hands-on experience, I offer complete litigation services that put the client first. I am also affiliated with several other lawyers, and we consult with each other to share our expertise when necessary. I have passed the New York, California, and Texas bar exams. I currently limit my practice, however, to New York and California.

In my commercial litigation practice, I represent individuals, corporations, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and start-ups in a broad range of commercial litigation in federal and state courts.
