Karyn S. Neue has extensive experience in the areas of appellate practice, business litigation, and commercial real estate litigation and transactions. As an associate of The Walker Law Firm, she has also served as outside counsel to many successful corporations and businesses, providing legal guidance in such diverse areas as formation, governance, contract negotiation and preparation, and litigation. She has successfully assisted clients in numerous commercial real estate matters, including title disputes, commercial real estate purchases and sales, development partnerships, and enforcement of real property rights. 

Ms. Neue was appointed by the State Bar of California, Board of Governs to the State Bar Committee on Appellate Courts in 2006. The Committee reviews proposed changes to the rules of court affecting appellate courts. Committee members also review and comment on proposed legislation affecting appellate court operation and appellate practice.

She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1995 and is admitted to practice before the California State Courts, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and United States District Court, Central District of California. Since passing the bar Karyn has been an associate of The Walker Law Firm.

Karyn received her Juris Doctorate in 1995 from the University of Southern California where she was a moot court participant. She also served as an extern to the Honorable Samuel L. Bufford of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. She received a B.A. from the University of California, Irvine in 1990. She graduated cum laude from the honors program and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

In her spare time, Karyn writes screenplays.
