As set forth in his Biography, John Gallagher has litigated cases in state and federal courts for the past 18 years. Trained at a large Philadelphia law firm for 5 years primarily representing large corporations in disputes with former employees and individuals making personal injury claims, Mr. Gallagher then joined the prestigious Montgomery County law firm of High, Swartz, Roberts & Seidel, LLP. There, he honed his skills primarily representing companies and individuals for 9 years. In January 2006, he left High Swartz and formed his own firm.

Mr. Gallagher was joined in 2007 by Dalia N. Bryant, Esquire. Ms. Bryant was trained at the prestigous Los Angeles law firm of Paul Hastings, which is renowned as one of the foremost management-side employment firms in the United States. As a rsult of their collective, extensive emperience representing management, Mr. Gallagher and Ms. Bryant are uniquely situated to provide the very highest quality of advice to both aggrieved employees and businesses seeking sound strategies on a variety of employment related matters.

The Paoli office is located in Chester County, just 25 miles from Philadelphia, 15 minutes from west Chester (the County Seat) and less than 1 mile from the Paoli Train Station.
