Law Firm Overview

I've been working in the criminal justice system for more than 17 years. I was an Essex County Assistant Prosecutor and Special Deputy Attorney General for eight years, handling hundreds of cases a year. I have tried numerous jury trials and bench trials during my career. I gained valuable first-hand knowledge of the way in which prosecutors evaluate and develop cases and that has proved to be invaluable in my approach to representing clients now as a defense attorney.

I also developed confidence and skill in the courtroom and developed effective defense strategies that get my clients results. No case is the same even when the facts look the same at first glance. That's why careful listening and evaluation of the case is important.

My staff speaks English, Spanish, and Korean. I make jail visits and attend bail hearings.
