Michele J. Zerafa is a Cum Laude graduate of the College of Business Administration at Fordham University having received her degree in Accounting. During her senior year at Fordham, she was enrolled in the Honors Program. For that program, she completed a thesis on the Inter-State Income Taxation of Professional Athletes for which she won an award for best honors thesis.

Prior to joining Bashian & Farber, Mrs. Zerafa held a position with an estate planning firm and also held a position with one of the Big 4 Accounting firms as a Senior Tax Associate.

She was formerly on the Paralegal Program Advisory Board of Berkley College. Michele is also a frequent lecturer on various estate planning and administration topics.

Michele J. Zerafa has concentrated her practice in Will and Trust Planning, Probate and Estate Administration, Tax Planning, Estate and Gifts, Guardianship and Guardianship Litigation. Mrs. Zerafa also has extensive experience in drafting estate related documents for high net worth individuals including Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts.
