He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina (B.A., 1997) and the University of South Carolina School of Law (J.D., 2001), where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and Vice-President of the Law Democrats. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2001, and the United States District Court, District of South Carolina in 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Todd clerked for the Honorable John C.
