Colorado foothills business attorney Fred Wells is a 1984 graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law, and a 1976 honors graduate of Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota. He's spent his entire legal career in Colorado, and established his current practice in 1993. Fred Wells is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, and the First Judicial District Bar Association. He's also active in local civic life and has served on the board of directors of the Evergreen Chamber of Commerce, Blue Spruce Kiwanis and the Mountain Resource Center. He is a past recipient of the Community Leadership Award presented by the Seniors Resource Center, for assistance in setting up a legal referral service for seniors.

He currently serves as president for the Mountain Area Land Trust. His deep involvement in the Evergreen and Foothills community has helped him develop a network of working and referral relationships with area realtors, title companies, and law firms - when we can't help you with a legal problem, we'll inform you right away and point you to someone who can.
