Mr. Eisenman has practiced on the west Gulf Coast for more than 34 years, handling thousands of cases for injured persons. His law practice handles personal injury cases exclusively, including maritime cases, auto accidents, medical malpractice, product liability, and railroad worker injuries covered by the Federal Employee's Liability Act (FELA). Mr. Eisenman received the largest verdict in the history of the Galveston Federal Court for a case involving an injured railroad worker.

International Maritime Practice

The lawyer has an international maritime practice and often receives referrals from former clients and other attorneys from all three coasts of the United States, as well as Mexico, Canada, Europe, and Asia. Most of the law firm's personal injury clients come from Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Florida.
