Mr. Farrell is the 2002 “West Virginia Trial Lawyer of Year”  was recently elected as the President of the West Virginia Association for 2011-2012. The WVAJ is a professional organization of more than 500 trial lawyers throughout West Virginia whose mission includes protecting West Virginia families.  Paul Jr. is one of the most experienced medical malpractice trial lawyers in West Virginia.  He is also licensed in Ohio and Kentucky.  Paul Jr. is a member of the national AAJ Birth Trauma Litigation Group, frequently lectures on medical malpractice and has appeared before the West Virginia Supreme Court on important issues involving medical malpractice.  Paul Jr. is the son of the Honorable Paul T. Farrell, Cabell County Circuit Court Judge, and the former partner of West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Menis E. Ketchum.
