Ann is a 1994 graduate of Colorado State University and a 1997 graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. Following graduation from law school, Ann moved to New Jersey, where she worked as a law clerk in the Appellate Section of the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office for one year. In the summer of 1998, she was appointed as an Assistant Monmouth County Prosecutor. In this capacity, she gained extensive trial experience handling juvenile, domestic violence and adult criminal matters. She subsequently returned home to Colorado and in 2003, began working for Heckenbach, Carlton, Ammarell, P.C., where her practice focused on all areas of family law. In 2005, Ann left the firm to stay home to raise her family. She joins Gerash Steiner & Toray, P.C. as a contract attorney, with her practice focused on all areas of family law.
