Stéphanie Curiel has worked for more than eight years in the banking and finance area, focusing particular attention on acquisition finance, commodities finance, and real estate finance.

Stéphanie advises French and Anglo-American clients, banks, and financial institutions as well as investment funds and industrial and commercial companies on their French and international banking transactions. She also regularly advises French banks on structuring their oil financings as reserve base lendings.

Stéphanie began her career with an English law firm in 2000 and later worked at a major French law firm for several years before joining Jones Day in October 2008.
