Lawyer Overview

Geoffrey Mukae is a partner in the firm's Honolulu office and is a member of the Corporate & Business Practice Group. He concentrates his practice on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital financing and various other commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Carlsmith Ball LLP, Mr. Mukae spent four years in Tokyo, Japan, with O'Melveny & Myers, LLP, where he represented both Japanese and U.S. clients in a variety of cross-border transactions. Prior to moving overseas, he spent several years in Silicon Valley working with both developing and public companies.
