The keys to success are preparation and attention to detail; therefore, we treat every problem as a serious problem.  We work with the courts and a wide variety of professionals to keep up to date on available sentencing alternatives; including psychological counseling, alcohol and substance abuse counseling, residential treatment programs and faith-based treatment alternatives.

         We live by the Rules of Professional Conduct. We ascribe to the highest professional ethics and keep all matters confidential.  We are honest with our clients from beginning to end -- honest in assessing the strengths and weaknesses of their position and honest in trying to solve problems with a minimum of personal stress.  We strive to relieve our clients of the personal anxiety felt when prosecuted. 

         We know every case we handle establishes our reputation with prosecutors and judges.  We refrain from frivolous argument and avoid litigation where possible.  However, when a case requires a judicial decision or a jury verdict, litigation is fervently pursued.  We have worked hard in the past to gain the trust and confidence of State Attorneys and the Courts.  Within the bounds of professional ethics, we continue to pursue the best possible solution for our clients relentlessly.
