Our Team
Kelly, Nolan & White consists of Michael T. Nolan, Kevin Wm. Kelly and Brian C. White. We assist our clients with residential real estate transactions and represent them in personal injury cases. Our Experience
Kevin Kelly and Michael Nolan are both former prosecutors. Brian White is a former public defender. Because we were once part of the government, we have a unique perspective on how the government works. We know what the state must do in order to prove its case against an accused. We can identify possible problems in a case, especially relating to proof and constitutional issues. If the state acts in an unconstitutional manner, depending on the facts, we can often get an entire case dismissed.
