Romano Law, P.C. (formerly the Romano Law Corporation) was founded in Arizona over 25 years ago by D. Michael Romano (Michael G. Romano's father). D. Michael Romano was in solo private practice for over 20 years specializing in tax law, business law, real estate law, and estate planning.

Mr. Romano attended Southern Oregon University (formerly Southern Oregon State College) in Ashland, Oregon and in 1995 earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, with a minor degree in Philosophy. Mr. Romano received his Juris Doctorate at Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon in 1998.

Prior to entering private practice in early 2006, Mr. Romano was a Deputy District attorney in Klamath, Coos and Deschutes Counties with over five years experience combined.
